JIANLI Technology Milestones

In May, a month celebrating the hard work of laborers and commemorating passionate years, JIANLI Technology welcomed another significant event! A visit to Hengdian Dongci for observation and learning!

Speaking of our connection with Hengdian Dongci, we need to introduce an elder—Mr. Qiu Yijun (currently a specially appointed senior consultant of the company).

 

 

Mr. Pan Qirong, the chairman of the board, greatly admires Mr. Qiu's talent and specially invited him to be a senior consultant of the company. He not only frequently cares about Mr. Qiu's living conditions but also often sends people to bring Mr. Qiu to the company to discuss important matters!

Currently, products, talent, and organizational wisdom are the core competitiveness of an enterprise!

 

 

Only through continuous learning can organizational wisdom exert its maximum effect, and learning from advanced large companies and enterprises is an urgent need for JIANLI people! Under this opportunity, with Mr. Qiu's help in contacting the senior management of the Hengdian Group, the company will visit Hengdian Dongci for observation and learning from May 18th to 20th, led by the chairman!

 

 

The company leadership attaches great importance to this trip. On the afternoon of May 15th, a meeting was held with relevant personnel. At the meeting, Mr. Qiu briefly introduced the development history of Dongci and his connection with the founding team of Dongci. The chairman introduced the purpose of the trip: learning, learning, and more learning! Ms. Shao Haibo, the chairman's assistant, introduced the three-day itinerary and travel etiquette. During the entire meeting, everyone took notes seriously, attaching great importance to and clearly understanding the purpose and goals of the trip.

Here, we received a warm welcome from General Manager Guo, General Manager Jin, and General Manager Du of the group! Their warm smiles, kind words, and thoughtful etiquette made us feel like we were home! We are extremely grateful for their hospitality!!

At 8:30 pm, we came to the meeting room, and during the meeting, everyone discussed the shock and touch brought by the two-hour visit!

 

 

At the meeting, the marketing leader and the technology leader analyzed the company's current advantages and disadvantages, market position, and future plans. Finally, the chairman expressed his expectations for everyone: individuals possessing super strong abilities! Teams possessing iron discipline! Management possessing a perfect system!

The itinerary for the morning of May 19th was: visiting four factories of the Dongci Group.

When we arrived at the Dongci Photovoltaic Plant and the Dongci Motor Plant (due to photography restrictions, no photos are provided here), we were shocked by the cleanliness and modernity of the factory area, especially the real-time output and yield transmission of the motor plant's products. Purchasers only need to download an APP to view it at any time without the need for factory inspection!

 

 

When we arrived at the Soft Magnetic Materials Plant No. 6, we were again warmly received. The magnetic rings used by our company are produced here! The company's purchasing and technical personnel had enthusiastic exchanges with the factory personnel, and the chairman also carefully observed the production process of the magnetic rings!

In the afternoon, we went to the Dongci Management Academy to learn and gain experience!

 

 

Dean Wu of the Dongci Academy warmly received us. Dean Wu told us: The Dongci Management Academy was established in 2006, and in the eleven years since, it has cultivated and trained a large number of talents for the group. Hengdian Group's industries are spread all over the world! It has major clients all over the world!

 

 

Dean Wu also invited the head of the Human Resources Department to introduce Dongci's talent cultivation mechanism.

 

 

Dean Wu shared her work philosophy with everyone: treating each department as her service object, always working towards organizational goals, and always taking the promotion of business development as the highest standard of conduct. During the sharing, we deeply felt her persistence and perseverance in her work! It made me understand more deeply a sentence that I always keep in mind: Difficulties are like springs, if you are weak, they are strong, if you are strong, they are weak!

 

 

Time flies, and in this day's visit, learning, and exchange, there were so many shocks and touches! In the rapidly moving aircraft carrier of JIANLI Technology, each of us is a member of a gear, and only through the unremitting efforts of everyone can the JIANLI aircraft carrier cruise freely in the vast ocean of the market!
