Many hearts, one mind; a sharp blade cuts through gold. This means that as long as everyone works together, victory can be achieved. At JIANLI Technology (833701), there is such a group of lovely people.

In September 2015, JIANLI Technology received good news! Through the joint efforts of Chairman Pan Qirong and his team, the company successfully went public (New Third Board). Before Mr. Pan took over the company, JIANLI employees never thought the company would have such a day. However, Mr. Pan and his team made it happen, despite numerous difficulties.

Nothing without hardship, nothing without gain! After the company went public, the management level has greatly improved, which requires company employees to make great progress in their thinking and personal abilities in order to adapt to the company's rapid development. Similarly, in order for the company to stand out among the New Third Board stocks, the company's performance must be significantly improved!

September is the first month of the last quarter of the year, and it is also a crucial period for the company's sales performance. This is because the success or failure of the company's annual performance in achieving and exceeding the targets set at the beginning of the year depends on the results of the last quarter.

On the afternoon of September 17, 2017, Mr. Pan and his team set off from the company to a quiet place to hold a fourth-quarter work meeting. They arrived at their destination at 4 pm. After settling their luggage, everyone went to the meeting room, and the meeting officially began.

To improve meeting efficiency, the chairman's assistant assigned 'homework' the day before the meeting and provided a template.

After a brief opening, the marketing department, one of the company's main departments, began its work report. The report provided a detailed analysis of the reasons for the fluctuation of the company's key customers.

The quality department manager detailed the potential orders and agreements reached with major clients visited together with the marketing manager.

During this period, Mr. Pan, combining his many years of marketing experience, made the following suggestions on the current work situation:

Major Clients

1. Increase the frequency of visits;

2. Team visits (marketing, technology, and if necessary, the company's CEO will lead the team);

3. Accurate information;

4. In-depth exploration of information (clients themselves, their peers, and upstream and downstream industries);

5. Pay attention to emerging industry information;

6. Peer cost comparison

The technology department, another major department of the company, had its general manager assistant answer questions one by one regarding packaging improvement requirements raised by various departments at the meeting, the timely issuance of external processing size correction documents, sealing and weighing, the response to filter leakage, improvements in the work attitude of department personnel, etc., and promised to convene relevant personnel as soon as possible to discuss solutions. The quality department system manager assisted him in completing the relevant work.

The procurement department supervisor elaborated on the delivery time and quality of outsourced and purchased parts, and promised to overcome all difficulties to ensure delivery time.

Mr. Pan suggested:

1. Strictly control the quality of supplies;

2. Develop new channels;

3. Be cautious about "concessions".

The quality department manager also proposed corresponding solutions to the problems existing in the raw material inspection process.

The production department manager and process engineers respectively elaborated on and answered questions regarding delivery time, on-site labor discipline control, problems found in the packaging process, template placement, on-site sealing and weighing, etc.

Mr. Shao reported on the progress of the management department's work during this period and gave an objective and sincere evaluation of the work of various departments.

The financial department manager answered questions and proposed improvement plans regarding ERP system entry, changes in weighing personnel, and product price verification.

During this period, the assistant to the director of the technology department, the quality department quality control personnel, and the HR manager of the management department also reported on their current work.

During the meeting, everyone consistently adhered to the good habit of "being objective, not personal," speaking seriously and listening attentively. Everyone jointly analyzed the causes of problems, countermeasures, implementation time nodes, responsible persons, and which departments need assistance, etc.

In the midst of enthusiastic discussions, time slipped away unnoticed. It was almost midnight, and everyone was still enthusiastic. Considering that everyone had to work the next day, Mr. Pan asked each department to make a final summary before announcing the end of the meeting.

On the way back to their rooms, everyone was still discussing company matters and thinking about tomorrow's work arrangements.

As a veteran employee of the company, seeing the excellent performance of my colleagues and witnessing the earth-shaking changes in the company, I feel incredibly excited.
