After lunch break, at 2 pm, they arrived at Taihuyuan Scenic Area, located at the southern foot of Tianmushan Mountain in Lin'an, Hangzhou. Taihuyuan is known as the "Little Jiuzhaigou." The scenery of Taihuyuan is typical of the beautiful and gentle landscape of southern China. Before entering the scenic area, the expansion coaches divided everyone into 12 groups, each group receiving a team flag with the group name and slogan. The 12 groups were: Commander Team, Dragon Tiger Team, Unity Team, Dream Team 1, Dream Team 2, Vanguard Team, Dream Wings, Women's Team, Smiling Face Team, Sailing Team, and Taihu Team. After the team formation, they received the Yingpu Expansion Taihuyuan Scenic Area orientation task sheet, and the team leaders led their group members to start the orientation tasks and sightseeing. At 5:30 pm, the 12 groups arrived at the exit one after another, submitted their task sheets, and the coaches conducted scoring and evaluation.

They took the bus to their accommodation for the night—the Lin'an Holiday Hotel. After dinner, everyone had free time to rest and prepare for the next day's itinerary.

On the second day, at 7:30 am, everyone gathered for breakfast, and at 8 am, they packed their luggage and boarded the bus. The bus headed to today's sightseeing area—Xitianmushan Mountain in Lin'an, Zhejiang. Tianmushan is a national-level forest and wildlife nature reserve, located 31 kilometers from Lin'an, Hangzhou. It boasts beautiful natural scenery, suitable for all seasons, with a pleasant summer climate. It is known as the "Kingdom of Big Trees" and the "Cool World," a green gem on the Yangtze River's "Golden Triangle," and a famous tourist destination. Tianmushan Mountain has high mountains and dense forests, a cool climate, and an average summer temperature of 25 degrees Celsius. It is a famous summer resort near Hangzhou and a Taoist holy land, known as the 34th Cave Heaven in Taoism.

Half an hour later, they arrived at the entrance of the scenic area. Under the guidance of their team leaders, everyone lined up in an orderly manner to purchase tickets, and then took a minibus to the top of the mountain. Upon reaching the summit, the coaches distributed the day's orientation activity task sheets. After yesterday's cooperation, the members of each group cooperated more tacitly, actively discussing and working together.

Surrounded by beautiful scenery, before they knew it, everyone reached the finish line. After the team leaders submitted their task sheets, everyone felt hungry, so they took the vehicle to a pre-arranged farmhouse restaurant to savor local specialties.

After the meal, the coaches announced the results of the two-day activities and held an awards ceremony. The rankings were as follows: First place: Vanguard Team; Second place: Women's Team; Third place: Dream Team 1. The chairman of JIANLI Electronics presented awards to the representatives of the winning teams and gave a speech, congratulating the outstanding teams and encouraging everyone to cooperate actively and work hard. He expressed gratitude for everyone's contributions to JIANLI Electronics and hoped that everyone would work together for a better future!

Thus, the event came to a close.

This trip to Lin'an, Zhejiang, combined expansion training with tourism, allowing everyone to find their breakthroughs in the activities, and also allowing the company to better understand the strengths and weaknesses of its employees, so as to better leverage strengths and avoid weaknesses in future work.
